Meta Mocha Cooler

Get a chocolaty, coffee fix and add more fibre to your diet with this mocha cooler.

Fibre: 17 grams

1 cup (250 mL) chocolate almond milk
1 scoop or 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder
4 ½ level tsps Metamucil® Original Coarse
1/2 tsp instant coffee
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Ice cubes


  1. Combine milk, protein powder, Metamucil®, instant coffee and cinnamon in blender. Pulse together.
  2. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth and frothy.
