Revitalize with this refreshing lime-mango smoothie and add Metamucil to boost your fibre intake.

3/4 cup frozen chopped mango
1/4 cup fresh lime juice (from 1 large lime)
2 tablespoon nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint plus a couple leaves for garnish
1 heaping tablespoon chia seeds
1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened soy milk or skim milk
1 level teaspoon Metamucil® Orange with 75% Less Sugar or Original Smooth
Ice cubes or crushed ice

1. Blend mango, lime juice, yogurt, mint, chia seeds, milk and Metamucil® with ice in blender until smooth. Garnish with mint leaves.
