Ingredients
1 cup (250 mL) chopped fresh kale or spinach
1/2 a small pear or apple (unpeeled), chopped
3 tablespoon frozen green peas, thawed
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon chia seeds
1 cup (250 mL) unsweetened soy milk or skim milk
1 level teaspoon Metamucil® Original Smooth
Ice cubes or crushed ice

Instructions

1. Blend kale/spinach, pear, peas, chia seeds, milk and Metamucil® with ice in blender until smooth.
