1 banana
2/3 cup (160 mL) 0% plain Greek yogurt
1 cup (250 mL) non-fat milk
1 tsp ground chia seeds
4 ½ level tsps Metamucil® Sugar Less Orange Flavour
1/2 tsp grated orange zest
Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Combine banana, yogurt, milk, chia seeds, Metamucil® and orange zest in blender.
  2. Pulse together. Add ice cubes and blend until smooth and frothy.
