Adding the Candle Wax:

  1. Pour 5 pounds of candle wax into the candle-melting jug and hook the candle thermometer on the side. Place the jug in the saucepan, 1/4 filled with water, and place on the stove. Turn the stove on to a high heat to melt the wax, stirring occasionally
  2. If you prefer a scent, once the thermometer reaches 145 F, slowly mix in the candle scent
  3. Once the thermometer reaches 170 F, the wax is ready to pour into the teacups
  4. Put on gloves to protect your hands from the hot wax and carefully pour the wax into each teacup and glass

  1. Allow wax to dry for at least one hour before removing the chopsticks and clothespins
