Making Things Right When Holiday Meal Prep Goes Wrong

Brought to you by Tide
Be prepared for almost anything by having some backup holiday meals stashed away (just in case).

Just in case that pie you baked doesn't turn out quite right the day of your big holiday feast, you can rest easy knowing you made some of these holiday meal backup recipes.

1. Stuffin’ Muffins

Take boxed stuffing and fancy it up by making it into savoury muffins. Bonus: You can freeze them ahead of time and warm them up in a pinch!

Step 1: Add boiling water and butter or margarine (whichever the box says) to the dry mix.

Step 2: Combine butter mixture and dry stuffing mix.

Step 3: Scoop stuffing mix into a paper-lined muffin tin so each one is mounded a little over the edge.

Step 4: Bake at 350 F for 10 minutes or so until the stuffing is set. Serve immediately or freeze until needed.

2. Mac and Cheese Variations
