I just had a good smoothie today. You can make them taste great and they are also very healthy.
Do you believe I have never had a smoothie, but I am definitely going to try this one. I always wondered what to do with those ripened bananas!
I make a smoothie very similar to the raspberry one, but it's a bit different... 2-3 ice cubes 1/2 cup of frozen raspberries (can use fresh if they're in season) 4 heaping tablespoons of Vanilla Greek Yogurt 1 tablespoon of hemp hearts 4 tablespoons of Coconut Water 1/2 cup of orange juice Sometimes I'll add strawberries and blackberries (only when in season and I hand pick them)... I'll also add protein powder if I want to turn this into more of a meal replacement...
These look great! I love smoothies. My favourite is spinach, apple, banana, carrot. I love experimenting with new combos. Shona you do need a blender to get everything mixed so you can drink it.
