Ingredients
1 litre (1 quart) half and half
375 mL (1 1/2 cup) sugar
250 mL (1 cup) fresh lemon and lime juice combined
Zest of 1 lemon and 1 lime, minced
Instructions
- Combine half and half and sugar in a large bowl
- Stir until sugar is dissolved
- Add the fresh lemon and lime juice, plus the zest
- Freeze in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's directions
- Serve with sprigs of fresh mint on the side
