Easy as Pie: No-bake Cream Cheese Summer Pies

Nothing says summer like a cream cheese pie. These recipes are quick, easy and delicious – no oven required!

1. Cherry Cream Pie

250 mL (1 cup) whipped topping
225 g (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
125 mL (1/2 cup) cherry pie filling
75 mL (1/3 cup) sugar
1 premade graham cracker pie crust
375 mL (1 1/2 cup) fresh cherries, thinly sliced (optional)


  1. In mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar together until creamy
  2. Mix in whipped topping
  3. Fill crust with mixture and spread until smooth and even
  4. Top with pie filling
  5. Arrange cherry slices (if desired) on top of mixture and refrigerate until serving

2. Blueberry Lemonade Pie

340 g (12 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 small can condensed milk
125 mL (1/2 cup) lemon juice
5 mL (1 teaspoon) vanilla
375 mL (1 1/2 cup) fresh blueberries
1 premade graham cracker crust


  1. In a blender, mix cream cheese with condensed milk
  2. Add lemon juice and vanilla, blending until creamy
  3. Pour into bowl and incorporate blueberries until well mixed
  4. Pour mixture into piecrust and chill for 1 hour
  5. Serve and enjoy!

3. Mandarin-banana Cream Pie

225 g (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 can condensed milk (395 g)
75 mL (1/3 cup) lemon juice
5 mL (1 teaspoon) vanilla extract
3 medium bananas, sliced
1 large can mandarin orange slices, drained and divided


  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until whipped
  2. Gradually add condensed milk until smooth
  3. Stir in lemon juice and vanilla extract until all mixture is smooth
  4. Line pie crust with 2/3 of banana slices and orange slices
  5. Pour mixture over fruit, filling up rest of pie
  6. Chill in refrigerator until set, about 3 hours
  7. Place rest of fruit slices on top of pie and serve
