4-Step Chicken and Sundried Tomato Pasta Recipe

Whip up this tasty pasta dish for dinner in 30 minutes.

This versatile chicken and pasta recipe allows for plenty of flexibility for you to throw in mushrooms, olives or whatever you prefer.

Chicken and Sundried Tomato Pasta Recipe
Serves: 4

1 box bowtie pasta, cooked
455 grams (1 pound) chicken tenderloins or breast cut in strips
500 millilitres (2 cups) mozzarella cheese, cubed
1 jar sundried tomatoes
Olive oil
2 zucchinis, sliced
2 yellow squash, sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Cook the pasta, set aside
  2. Grill the chicken, zucchini and squash on the stovetop use a grill or saute pan
  3. Season with salt and pepper when it’s all cooked
  4. In a large serving bowl, toss chicken, vegetables and pasta with mozzarella cheese, pasta and sundried tomatoes (add the whole jar, oil and all)
  5. Top with parmesan, serve immediately
