Common Spot Cleaning Tips
Unknown Stains: Spray with a mixture of mild dish detergent and water and let sit for five minutes. Blot with a clean rag, being sure not to rub the stain in.
Blood Stains: Mix together 2 tablespoons of salt per cup of very cold water and place in a spray bottle. Spray the stain and allow to soak for five minutes before blotting.
Urine Stains: Mix together 1 cup of hydrogen peroxide and 4 tablespoons of baking soda in a spray bottle. Spray the stain thoroughly and allow to dry overnight. Vacuum the spot the next morning.
